Why only two move

This is the listing page, not a reel. A buyer lands here from the MLS link or your site, and the job of the page is to hold them. Two moving photos do that. Five would feel like a screensaver, and the eye would stop trusting any of it.

So the hero gets motion, because it is the first thing on screen. The kitchen gets motion, because it is the room that sells the house. The front, the bedroom and the pool stay exactly what they are: good photos. Same five photos. Two of them given depth. Nothing added.

Flip to "Without" and you are looking at every other listing in the feed.

Where it goes

The moving photos are ordinary MP4 files, so they drop into any listing page, a landing page like this one, the MLS virtual-tour link, and your emails. The stills stay stills for print and the PDF brochure, which get this same layout.

Sample listing: 4509 E Zenith Ln photos, shown under an example address and agent so nothing here reads as a real listing.
